Platform Use

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "o9win" — refers to the operator of the online gambling platform operating under international licensing and providing services through this website.
• "Member" or "you" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the o9win platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the o9win website together with all services, games and functions provided within it.
• "Real Money" — refers to Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent value in cryptocurrency deposited into a member's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits credited by o9win to a member's account based on eligible promotions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Games" — refers to all types of games available on the platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and Teen Patti.

Registration at o9win is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Registering personally and of their own free will — not on behalf of another person.
• Not falling within any category of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws of their country or territory of residence.
• Not having previously held an o9win account that was suspended or terminated.

Upon registration, members are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Any false or inaccurate information may serve as grounds for account termination.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the o9win platform. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or someone else's — is a serious breach of these terms.

Members are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their username and account password confidential.
• All activity that occurs under that account, whether carried out by the member or any other party.
• Ensuring no person under the age of 21 uses the account.

If a member suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, the o9win support team must be contacted immediately via live chat or email. o9win is not liable for any loss resulting from a member's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the o9win platform are subject to the following policy:

o9win reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering policy. Members must ensure that the chosen withdrawal method is in their own name.

Any withdrawal that fails due to incorrect account details or an invalid payment method may result in processing delays. o9win does not bear any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.

o9win offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotional offer has its own terms that must be read and understood before being accepted.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement applied is 20 times the bonus value received before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Additional bonus conditions:

• Bonuses may only be used for playing on the o9win platform and cannot be transferred.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per individual, IP address, device, credit card or the same payment method.
• o9win reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are indications of misuse or fraud.
• The VIP programme offers weekly cashback of between 0.3% (Bronze) and 1.5% (Diamond), depending on membership tier.

All games offered on the o9win platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and Teen Patti — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and the platform operator.

Members agree that:

• The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical fault.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical fault or system error are void and may be cancelled by o9win.
• Sports betting is subject to additional rules regarding odds, event cancellations and bet settlement as stated in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• Live casino games are subject to betting limits and table-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

Members are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following on the o9win platform:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any technical method to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Making false claims to financial institutions regarding legitimate deposits at o9win.
• Abusing the bonus system by opening multiple accounts or using false information.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the o9win support team. Prior to closure, all real money balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy in effect.

o9win reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, manipulation or breach of terms.
• The member fails to comply with identity verification requests within the specified period.
• The account shows no activity for an extended period.
• Termination is required to comply with legal or licensing regulatory requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, o9win is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the platform due to technical disruptions.
• Any financial decisions made by members based on information on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account caused by the member's own negligence.
• Losses arising from delays or failures of third-party systems such as payment providers.

The o9win platform is provided "as is" and o9win makes no guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without interruption or technical errors.

o9win reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

Members are advised to review the Terms & Conditions page regularly to stay informed of the latest changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from the use of the o9win platform will be interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to o9win's international licensing. Members agree to submit to the designated jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. o9win's failure to enforce any right will not be deemed a waiver of that right.
